Description	Some really nice treasures and usable items that have been pre-loved and ready to go to new homes! Some items are in very good condition, ready to be used as they are. Some are in good condition with a few minor flaws, and some items need a bit of TLC but would make great DIY restoration projects. Please be sure to look at images and read full description. Terms and Conditions

Auction Terms & Conditions, Bidding Terms & Conditions: Placing a bid is an agreement to purchase. If you win, you will be invoiced via PayPal for your winning items. If you default on your purchase, your bidding privileges will be permanently revoked. Do not bid if you do not plan to purchase. Invoices are emailed to winning bidders once the sale has completely closed. Full payment must be made before 10PM Thursday the 5th of August. All payments will be processed through PayPal but can be paid via credit or debit. If we do not receive payment before the deadline, your item may be forfeited and resold. Winning bidders will be emailed for pick up details. You are responsible for hauling and loading your item. If the item is not picked up within two weeks from the auction closing time, it will be forfeited and resold.

Payment Terms	Invoices will be sent through PayPal to all winning bidders on Thursday, August 5th. Credit or debit is accepted. Payments must be received before items can be picked up.

Shipping / Pick Up

Pick ups will be scheduled for Friday August 6th and Saturday August 7th. There is currently no pick-ups times available on Sunday. Shipping is available on most items unless otherwise stated in the description. Buyer will be charged for ALL shipping and handling fees. Shipping and handling cost must be paid in full before the item can be shipped. Please contact us for a shipping quote. There is no buyer premium at this time.
