All items are not new. Most are used items that have varying degrees of use. Please review all pictures for your item and read the description carefully before bidding. Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted. All items are sold "AS IS". All sales are final and there are no guarantees. All descriptions are believed to be as accurate as possible. However, all bidding and purchasing is based solely on the bidder's inspection and/or opinion of the item. We do not currently offer pre-inspection although you can give us a call at 469-720-0106 and we can answer any questions you have or send additional pictures if needed. There are no warranties, and we are not responsible for product description, genuineness, authorship, period, culture, origin or condition. There is 15% buyer's premium and sales tax. All credit cards will be charged two hours after end of auction. We only accept credit cards through currency pay and are unable to accept cash or checks. Failure to honor your bid may result in loss of bidding privileges. Any unclaimed lots will be forfeited at close of business on last pickup day unless previous arrangements have been made. Per the terms of the auction all payments will still be due. Some items available for shipping. Please email for rates. We are not responsible for anything damaged during shipping or mistakes made by the carrier. PLEASE DO NOT BID ON LARGE HARD-TO-SHIP ITEMS if you CANNOT Pick-Up!! WE DO NOT ship internationally, we ship ONLY inside the U.S. We offer shipping for an additional $10 handling charge in addition to the shipping fee on SMALL ITEMS ONLY! We ship USPS. For those picking up your lots you will need to bring any supplies needed such as boxes or packing material and help to load your items as we are not able to assist with loading. If you are not able to pick up on the current auction's pick-up days, please refrain from bidding. Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless S & S Auctions against any claims, damages or liability as a result of any injury or harm suffered by any person before, during or after the sale including while picking up the items.
