Buyer's Premium will be charged at descretion of the Auctioneer. 4. All items are sold "as is-where is," with no warranty of any type expressed or implied. 5. Payment is CASH or PENNSYLVANIA CHECK only (no out-of-state checks, no post-dated checks, no starter checks, no checks without address and phone number). 6. PA sales tax laws apply (6%) when items are sold in our auction barn. 7. Payment must be made at the time of pick up. No exceptions! 8. Purchases must be paid for and removed from the auction site within the posted pickup time frame. 9. Items not paid for, not picked up, paid for but not picked up, are considered abandoned and will be resold with no refund to the original bidder. "No show" bidder/buyers will be banned from auctions. 10. Person(s) picking up purchases will be held liable for any damage caused to Personal or Real Property when picking up. You must treat Seller's property with courtesy, care and respect. 11. Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time. 12. $50.00 Fee on cancelled or NSF checks. Legal action will be taken if necessary. 13. Auto-Extend "soft close" feature leaves bidding open so that end times are staggered. If bidding activity takes place in the last few minutes, the bidding is extended for that lot 14. Auctioneer and Seller are not responsible for any difficulties that may arise with online bidding or bidder's inability to submit a bid online in a timely fashion. The decision of the Auctioneer is final.
