Auction Terms & Conditions TERMS OF SALE (unless otherwise noted or announced) Everything will be sold "as is, where is", with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block. We are providing as much detailed information as possible and will try to answer any questions when asked. Charges and Payments: There is a 10% buyer's premium added to the final bid of all items of this auction. Sales tax will be collected for this auction. The sales tax rate is 9.5%. There will be as 4% convenience fee for all Credit and Debit card purchases, including purchasing of shipping. Cards on file will be charge the following day of the auction, if you wish to pay in person with cash or check, you need to let us know before the end of the auction, NOT AFTER. On large items with titles, arrangements must be made between buyer and auctioneer as to method of payment and title exchange. Shipping will be available at buyer's expense. Shipping will be billed and charged separately. If shipping, there will also be a $5 handling fee per package (not per item). Shipping will be charged to the same card on file as the items purchased. Shipping and the shipping fee will occur the week following the auction. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increments he feels is in the best interest of his client, the Seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the Seller. AUCTIONEERS NOTE: For non-shipping customers, If you do not come pick up your items during the designated pickup times then you will have forfeited your items and title will revert back to the seller. No refunds will be issued for abandoned items, no exceptions. If you know that you cannot come pickup your items on designated pickup date either make plans to have your items picked up or do not bid. Buyers must come prepared and with plenty of help to load large/heavy item during the designated pickup time. Auction company does not have staff on hand to load. Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or the seller. ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. ALL SALES ARE 'AS IS, WHERE IS'. NO REFUNDS.
