Auction Terms and Conditions All Bidders participating in The Second Knob Gifts and Antiques, LLC Auctions must agree to these terms and conditions. All bidders are required to register prior to bidding on any item. Bidders are required to give first and last name, address, phone number and email address. The Second Knob Gifts & Antiques, LLC or Owner reserves the right to refuse registration to anyone who has not fully honored bids at previous Auctions. All purchases must be settled in full within 48 hours of receipt of invoice. A BUYERS PREMIUM will be charged on all purchases. Sales tax will be collected on all taxable items unless bidder has a valid exemption. Payment can be made with CASH, CHECKS OR CREDIT CARD. Buyers that renege on payment will lose their bidding privileges. While descriptions are believed to be accurate, information and quantities given by the Auction catalog, Auctioneer, owner, or other Auction personnel is offered only as a guide. Responsibility for proper nomenclature and identification of Auction merchandise is the responsibility of the bidder. * ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS WHERE IS* The Second Knob Gifts & Antiques, LLC Auctions will tell you what we know about the merchandise, it is the buyers responsibility to preview any items, or call with any further questions or to request additional photographs before placing a bid.** * The Second Knob Gifts & Antiques, LLC Auctions provides ample opportunity for buyers to thoroughly inspect goods to be sold (by appointment). All purchases should be made on the buyer's own recognizance. All persons bidding in absentee who have not physically inspected the goods prior to the sale are also subject to these terms. All lots are sold "As is". There are no warranties expressed or implied, including, but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Second Knob Gifts & Antiques, LLC and consigners make no guarantee or warranty as to the authenticity of the merchandise, the correctness of the catalog, nor shall any description (oral or written) of condition, size, quality, rarity, importance or provenance be deemed a guarantee. ALL SALES ARE FINAL- NO RETURNS - NO CHARGE BACKS The auctioneer reserves the right to remove, or add to any Auction items on this list up until auction time. Items not picked up in the pickup period will become the property of the auctioneer and will be disposed of at their discretion.
