Description	July 28th 2021 - Online Misc Auction Online Bidding starts on Wednesday July21st and begins a staggered closing on Wednesday July 28th at 11:00 AM. Any lots that have a bid submitted within the final minutes will have an additional 30 seconds added to the bidding time. Please note items can be picked up in Okotoks, Alberta, or can be delivered. A $10 shipping fee can be requested by email and can be paid when items are delivered. The following locations are now being offered: Airdrie, Black Diamond, Calgary, Chestermere & High River.

All invoices will be automatically charged to your credit card following the auctions completion. Invoices will be emailed to you. Please bring them with you as PROOF OF PURCHASE. All Sales Are Final. Please read all descriptions and terms of our auction, as there are no refunds. All Goods MUST be picked up within 2 business days following the auction close date. No Shipping Available. All Items Must Be Picked Up. All payments on any purchases will be forfeited on any item(s) that is not picked up within the 2 business days following the auction close date. Since we cannot store these items they will be resold. Title on any or all purchased items does not transfer to the buyer until all funds are received in full by Big Rock Liquidations. All items as sold "As Is", where is and lie at the purchasers risk. Big Rock Liquidations reserves the right to revoke the sale of any item(s) even if the item(s) have been paid for in full and removed from the premises. The purchaser will surrender such item(s) to Big Rock Liquidations for a full refund of the purchase price and compensation for moving of the objects at a fair market rate.
