You agree that any claim or dispute that has arisen or may arise between you and BidBidAuctions must be resolved exclusively by Barron county circuit court in the state of Wisconsin. Disputes concerning federal law will be resolved in the western district of Wisconsin. You and BidBidAuctions agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Barron county Wisconsin for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes. All items must be paid for on day of pick up (see date(s) and times),. Any items remaining after 7 days of auction close are considered forfeited and become property of BidBidAuctions.
