It is the buyer's responsibility to understand all the terms and conditions prior to submitting any/all bids. Internet Premium: 10% Iowa Sales Tax: 7% Sales Tax on all sales Credit Card: 4% Shipping is available for smaller items. There will be a packing and handling fee of $10 for the first lot, and $5 for each additional lot, with a max of $40. You will also be required to pay for shipping, we mostly use USPS, but for cost savings we do check UPS and Fedex. Items will be shipped two to ten business days (2-10) days after payment is received. We will bill a seperate transaction for shipping at the time we are packaging and shipping your item(s). Pickup location will be disclosed on all winning invoices. Pick up only by appointment Friday (07/30/21) 11a-5p or Saturday (07/31/21) 10a-1:30p. *If these pickup times absolutely do not work for you, contact me prior to bidding, we can see if we can schedule a different date/time.* Items not picked up by Saturday (07/31/21) at 1:30p will be forfeited (unless you've made other confirmed arrangements), no refunds, no exceptions. Any items/lots left after checkout dates will be forfeited. Removal is the buyer's responsibility, please bring manpower for large items as there may not always be someone there to assist you. We will do our best to have your winning lots together and brought outside prior to your pickup appointment, with the exception of large/heavy lots. Each item and/or lots sell in an "As Is" condition, no guarantees, no refunds. Please review all lots prior to bidding, once a bid has been placed it cannot be retracted. Auction company makes no guarantee, we will do our best to show defects and provide condition to the best of our knowledge. If you are the winning bidder on any lots, you will receive an invoice to the email address you registered with. The pickup location and times will be provided on your invoice. If you do not receive this email please check your junk/spam folder. The pickup times are also provided on the Auction Description, if you are unable to meet these requirements please do not bid. There will be no refunds. Bidder acknowledges that an auction site is a potentially dangerous place. Every person at the auction site at any time, shall be there at their own risk with notice of the condition of the premises and the activities thereon and Bidder shall so advise his agents and employees. No person shall have any claim against auctioneers, their agents, employees, and/or principals for any injuries sustained, nor for damages to or loss of property which may occur from any cause whatsoever. Auctioneers, at any time, and at their sole discretion, without notice or liability to buyer may: (a) withdraw or cancel the sale of any lot, or (b) offer any Lots in groups or with privilege. We reserve the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures. Bidding: When you bid your max, the current bid price does not automatically go to your max bid. In the case there is a reserve on the item, then the current price will go to your max or the reserve price, whichever is lower. When another bidder bids it will increase your bid automatically up to your max in the increments specified. If two (2) people bid the same max bid, on the same lot, the 1st person to blase the bid will be the winning bidder. Soft Close: All bids placed (that outbid the current winner's maxbid) within two (2) minutes of the lot closing will increase the time by an additional two (2) minutes. Maher Auctions is not responsible for any bids that did not go through. To insure your bid was successful we strongly encourage you to enter a max bid prior to lots closing. There shall be no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, statutory or otherwise of any nature whatsoever in respect of the lots offered at the auction. Each & every lot will be sold "As Is, Where Is'. Specifically, but without limitation, Auctioneers make no representation or warranty that any of the Lots: (a) conform to any standard in respect of safety, pollution, or hazardous material to any standard or requirement of any applicable authority. law or regulation, or (b) are fit for any particular purpose, or (c) are merchantable or financeable, or (d) are of any particular age, year of manufacture, model, make or condition Bidder agrees he/she has satisfied theirself and is not relying on Auctioneers, nor are Auctioneers liable, for any matter in respect of the above. Bidder further agrees to repair, at their cost, any lot purchased at the auction to a safe operating condition and, without limitation, to a condition which meets any standard or requirement of any applicable authority, law or regulation. Including those concerning any use to which the Lot may be put. All sales are final, with no guarantee, no refunds, no exceptions. Please preview items before bidding. When using online auction services, you are making a firm commitment to purchase items into a legal binding contract. Bids may be not cancelled or retracted for any reason. Nonpaying bidders or fradulent bidding will subject you to legal recourse. Maher Auctions may refuse any bids for not complying with these terms and conditions. Payments: All credit cards will be processed following the close of the last lot of the auction. If you are paying cash please put this in the "note to auctioneer" box at registration or let us know prior to auction closing. If charges are declined by the credit card processor, a non-sufficient funds charge for $25.00 will be charged each time processing is denied. The buyer wil be notified by email and/or text of NSF transaction and you will have 24 hours to contact us wilth an alternative payment method. No items will be released until payment is received in full. Purchases become the responsibility of the Purchaser. Auctioneers shall not be responsible for loss or damage to any purchase.
