Auction Preview is available on Tuesday, JULY 20 from 9:00 AM until 2:00 PM. Elwood’s Auctioneering ships items at the buyer’s expense. - If the item needs to be shipped the buyer MUST pay with a credit card, no exceptions. Please confirm with Elwood’s Auctioneering that you want the items shipped, by sending us an email or filling out the google form sent to you with your invoice. UNLESS you have a Tax Exempt ID Number, Elwood’s Auctioneering charges sales tax for all purchases, for out of state buyers and buyers in the state of Maryland. Tax exempt buyers must email their tax certificates to elwoodsauction@gmail.com 2 days prior to the closing of the auction. Auction bidding opens on JULY 16, 2021 at 11:00 AM. Auction bidding closes on Friday, JULY 23, 2021 at 7:00 PM. Any bid placed by a bidder (other than the current winning bidder) in the last two minutes will extend the closing. Starting bid for this auction begins at $2.00. Pick up hours are Monday, JULY 26, 2021 between the hours of 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM at Elwood’s Auctioneering (408 E. Antietam St Hagerstown MD 21740). If the pickup date needs special scheduling, contact the Auctioneer. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ALL PURCHASES ON CREDIT CARDS WILL BE CHARGED A BUYERS PREMIUM OF 18%.- If the buyer wants the item shipped the buyer must pay with a credit card, no exceptions. If the buyer pays with cash or check on the pickup date, BUYERS PREMIUM WILL BE 15%. If you plan to pay cash or check please reach out to us BEFORE THE SALE BEGINS TO CLOSE AT 7:00 PM. If you do not reach out to us before 7:00 PM, no credit card refunds to then pay in cash during pickup - but we can set the buyer up as a cash payer for future sales.
