The seller accepts no responsibility for the item after it leaves the auction location. No property will be removed until fully settled for. Items not removed within the scheduled removal times along with any payments received on those items will be considered forfeited. Please be advised that there is a 15% Buyers Premium, applicable sales tax. Any bidders who want to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the pre-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid at least 24 hours before the auction ends. MAXX AUCTION reserves the right to withdraw any items in this catalog on or before sale date.
