All itmes sold "As is where is" no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied. No buyer premium for onsite bidders. An 10% buyers premium will be charged on all items sold online in this auction. Cash, Credit/Debit cards, Personal or business checks, or wire transfers accepted with proper ID. A 3% convience fee will be added to all credit card payments. All online sales must be paid in full within 24 hours of the close of the auction. Online bidders will be emailed an invoice at the close of the auction. The credit card used for registration will be automatically billed for the invoice amount unless notified otherwise before the auction, Sales tax will be collected on each item in this sale unless a valid sales tax exemption certificate is presented upon buyer check-in. Items not picked up day of sale, can be picked up at the auction location by appointment. All items must be removed within 10 days of the auction. All items left after 10 days will be deemed forfetied and resold or disposed of to cover storage expense. Shipping will be the responsiblity and expense to the buyer. Shipping by the auction company IS VERY LIMITED. A $15.00 handling fee plus actual shipping charges will be added to the buyers invoice for all items that require shipping by the auction company. Richard's Auction Service, its employees, and staff will not be held responable for any damages or lost items as a result of the shipping company or entire shipping and handling process. Breakable and fragile items will be taken to a third party Fedex or UPS authorized shipper and buyer will be responable for those shipping fees payable to the third party. All sales are final, no refunds, returns, or exchanges. Item descriptions are believed to be accurate, but not warrantied. Realestate will require an Escrow deposit on sale day, with closing to occure within 30 Days. Firearms not purchased by a local buyer must be shipped to your local FFL . All firearm purchasers are subject to a background check and all federal firearms laws will apply. Buyers are encourged to inspect each item before bidding on that item. By placing a bid, bidder indicates that they have personally inspected the item to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine the item. All anouncements made day of sale supersede all other anouncements. Proxy or absentee bids will be accepted up to 24 hours before the close of the auction for those who wish not to bid online. No proxy or absentee bids will be accepted the last day of the auction. Richard's Auction Service reserves the right to cancel and or reopen the auction if the internet system should fail in any way.
