Auction Terms & Conditions Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering and bidding on auctions hosted by RFB Auctions. AUCTION NOTICE: These items are either new overstock, like new, box damage and/or scratch and dent; however, we do not have control over what inventory is sent to us. Please note that SOME customer returns have been added to the auction. Item packaging may show signs of warehouse damage or stickers from processing. Items may have been taken out of the box for inspection and the packaging resealed. Most items are in craft, nongraphic boxes so in most cases a photo of the box will not be included in the auction details. All merchandise is sold As-Is and Where Is without warranties or guarantees of any kind. RFB Auctions does not represent any manufacturer or retailer. PAYMENT NOTICE: RFB Auctions will be charging all cards on file at the conclusion of the auction. Please register with the card that you wish to have charged. If you are a cash buyer please notify us before the conclusion of the auction. If you wish to use a card that is not on file please notify us before the conclusion of the auction. There will be a 13% Buyer's Premium added to all buyer's totals for each item purchased. All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions. PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 4:00 P.M., ON THE LAST SCHEDULED PICKUP DAY OF THE AUCTION UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE. Payment Types: Cash, Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express, Venmo. RFB Auctions is not responsible for preview or removal. NOTE FOR REMOVAL: IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE AND THERE IS A DISCREPANCY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AND ITEMS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOREFITTED All merchandise is sold As-Is and Where Is without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information. Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal, RFB Auctions is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Bidders must unload and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap and other equipment as needed. Any Buyer Discrepancies must be reported at the Seller's Physical Location at time of removal - No Exceptions All merchandise not removed by the deadline date will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of or resold by RFB Auctions. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PICK UP THOSE DAYS, PLEASE TEXT OR CALL 801-618-5591 TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT. and we will try to accommodate an alternate pick-up time. PLEASE DO NOT JUST SHOW UP. WE ARE NOT IN THE OFFICE EVERY DAY. Items not picked up within 7 days from the closing of the last auction will be considered forfeited and no refunds will be given.
