When you register for a bidder number your credit card number may be retained and charged for your purchase. Bidder acknowledges and understands that internet service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction - Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Happy Trails Estate Sales or anyone else if their internet service fails to work correctly before, during or at the end of the auction. STAGGERED CLOSE: Lots do not close all at the same time. Lots will have a staggered closing using a mixed sequence. Follow the clock to the right of each lot to know the exact closing time of a particular lot. SOFT CLOSE: If a bid is submitted and confirmed during the last 1 minute before closing, then the time will be extended on that lot by 1 minute. This will continue until a full minute has passed without a new bid on that lot. SHIPPING: We offer shipping on on most items (excluding furniture, framed art and large bulky items) - costs are covered by the Buyer. Actual shipping fees will be calculated and added to invoice. We will contact you if special handling is required. Allow up to 14 business days on shipping. LOCAL PICK UP: Not all items are available for shipping and will be labeled as such. Large items will be for local pick up only. If you are unable to pick up your items - DO NOT BID. Address will be given privately to buyer.
