This is an ONLINE ONLY auction where all items are sold as is-where is with no warranty. Registration is required prior to bidding. The authorized Credit Card used at registration will be processed within 5 hours of auction closing for won items. If you chose not to have your Credit Card automatically processed please contact Lea Reece via email or call 308-530-8085 to make arrangements. The auction will have a staggered closing with soft close, activity may continue on a specific item as long as there is activity on that item, while the remaining items continue to close as scheduled. Payment Terms
Credit card used at registration will be processed within 1 hours of auction closing for winning items unless you contact Lea Reece to make other arrangements. If you chose to pay with cash the buyer's premium will be reduced to 10%. RE/MAX Home Farm & Ranch requests settlement and load out during the specified date and time for each auction. Items left after 10 days following the close of the sale will be redistributed, whether paid for or not. No refunds will be issued.
Pickup will be at 17688 E State Farm RD, Maxwell, NE 69151 on August 8, 2021 from Noon- 6 PM. If an item is needing to be shipped it will go through UPS at buyer's expense. A seperate invoice will be emailed with the estimate to be paid before shipment. Items must weigh 50 pounds or less to be shipped. Items must be claimed within 10 days of the close of the sale or they will be redispersed with no refunds being issued.
