Auction Terms & Conditions Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering and bidding on auctions hosted by Utah Bids. There will be a 12% Buyer's Premium added to all buyer's totals for each item purchased. 3% added for card fees. All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions. Our removal times (listed below) are for each auction. Removals are allowed to be made on the (2) days following each auction. For example: If an auction closes on Wednesday, May 27, the removal days for that auction are Thursday, May 28, and Friday May 29. (Hours of Operation: 10:00 A.M.-6:00 P.M.) Preview & Removal Contact: Utah Bids, Breven Sillito: 512-294-6159 PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 4:00 P.M., ON THE LAST SCHEDULED PICKUP DAY OF THE AUCTION. Your credit card on file will be automatically charged at 4:00 PM on the last scheduled pick-up day unless other payment arrangements have been made. Payment Types: Cash, Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express. Utah Bids is not responsible for preview or removal. NOTE FOR REMOVAL: IF ITEMS ARE NOT REMOVED BY THE DEADLINE AND THERE IS A DISCREPANCY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. All merchandise is sold As-Is and Where Is without warranties or guarantees of any kind. Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information. Winning bidders are solely responsible for their own removal Utah Bids is not responsible for damages upon employee assistance concerning removal. Bidders must unload and pick up their complete purchases and bring their own plastic wrap and other equipment as needed.
