The auction will begin at 9:00 am (EST) on Saturday, July 10th. 2) REGISTRATION is free and available on-site during preview times and the morning of the sale. All prospective bidders must register and get a bidder’s number in order to bid. Please be aware that you must present photo identification when you register (ex: identity card, passport or driver's license). If you wish to bid online, you must register online. If you wish to bid in person you must register in person. Online bidding registration will be available at www.jwood.hibid.com 3) TRANSACTION FEES: A 10% buyer’s premium applies to all winning bids made on-site, and 12% for winning bids online. Massachusetts State Sales Tax is 6.25%. 4) ALL PAYMENT ARRANGMENTS MUST BE MADE ON JULY 10TH, the day of the sale. Acceptable methods of payment are: cash, checks when accompanied by a bank letter of credit and guarantee, and all major credit cards are accepted. A 3% charge applies to all payments made with a credit card. 5) REMOVAL of items will only be available at the conclusion of the auction, and will continue until 7:00 pm on Auction day. Then again from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm on Sunday, July11th, and from 9-12 on Tuesday July 13th. All purchases must be paid in full before any item can be removed. All items must be promptly removed. WE DO NOT PROVIDE ANY SHIPPING for your purchases. You are responsible to pick up your purchased items. You are welcome to hire a shipper of your choice to pick up your items at the Specified Dates and Times listed above. Contact us if you have any questions. 6) TITLES: All motorcycles with titles/transferrable registrations will be listed as such in the sale catalog with the symbol (T) in the description. Motorcycles without titles/transferrable registrations will be sold as off-road or parts only.  Buyers can get titles/registrations through a title service company or from a state that titles older vehicles. We have used VermontAutoTitle.com in the past. 7) Although we do our best to describe each lot, all items are sold “AS-IS” , we do not guarantee the year, description or condition. You are responsible to know what you are bidding on. We do not guarantee the contents of any lot. In the event of a tie bid the auctioneer may put the item back for bid between those buyers. Every item is sold to the highest bidder on auction day, with no minimum bids or reserve prices. Bids are irrevocable, and all sales are final. If you're the highest bidder when the auctioneer announces that an item has been sold, you are the new owner of that item, and you are expected to pay your invoice. *Everyone attending the auction and removing purchases does so at their own risk.
