Bidding opens at 6:00 PM on June 21, 2021 and has a staggered soft closing date of June 25, 2021 @ 6:00 PM. If two bidders place high bids that are the same amount, the first recorded bid becomes the winner. There not be an inspection date for this auction. Bidders must inspect the items by viewing the pictures provided on-line. All items are sold in as-is condition with no warranty or guarantees. All sales are final. PICK-UP DATE will be June 26 & 27, 2021 from 1:00 PM -- 4:00 PM at the auction address (503 N. Colombia St Brazil, Indiana 47834). Any bidder that has not picked-up their purchases or made arrangements to do so will have the credit card on file charged and will forfeit those items. Buyers may pay with cash upon pickup. A 4% charge will be added to all debit/credit card purchases. We reserve the right to reject any bids at our sole discretion.
