This is a public auction conducted under the terms and conditions of Michael A. Lozier, Auctioneer licensed and bonded in the State of Ohio. Buyers Premium: 10% will be added to all sucessful bids and is payable by the winning bidder as part of the purchase price. Sales Tax: All sales are subject to Ohio Sales Tax and Local Tax of 6.75% A tax exempt form will be supplied upon request to anyone that meets Ohio exemption status. Payment: Must be made in full no later than June 30. Invoices will be emailed to all bidders. Payment in person by check, cash or credit card. Credit cards and wire transfers can be done on the phone as well. There's a 4% charge for credit cards and a $25 wire transer fee. Shipping will be charged separately. Returns: All lots are sold AS IS WHERE IS. They become the sole possession of the buyer. All sales are final. Bidders are encouraged to research any lots that they are interested in prior to bidding. Lots are available for viewing during business hours at Country Side Eq 5064 Kensington Rd Carrollton, OH 44615 during normal business hours. Bidders assume all risks concerning and related to the grade, quality, appearance, condition, history and origin of any lot. Shipping: Shipping is available upon request and will be billed separately. We will group large lots to try to save on shipping. Items may also be picked up at Country Side Equipment during normal business hours.

Visa/Mastercard wth 4% fee, cash or check. Payment is due on pick up or can be made over the phone. Payment must be made no later than JULY 1ST. Payment can now be made online through currency pay.
Shipping will be billed under separate invoice once rate is determined. Arranging shipping on larger lots is the responsibilty of the purchaser. However, we do have local haulers that we can help arrange shipping locally.
