Auction Terms & Conditions: TAX EXEMPTION: If you intend to claim tax exemption, you MUST email your tax exemption certificate to Sales@RedTagLiquidators.com PRIOR to the close of the auction. Once the auction is closed, tax will be charged and cannot be removed! BUYER REGISTRATION: to be completed in full online CREDIT CARDS may be used for deposit upon registration for online auctions. Buyer is responsible for making final payment in “certified funds” at time specified. While the buyer’s credit card is initially charged for the deposit only, buyer agrees and authorizes Red Tag Liquidators, Inc., to charge buyers credit card for up to the full amount of the final payment if the payment terms and removal terms are not completed by the buyer. A cash deposit may be required in amounts acceptable to auctioneer at his sole discretion. Each auction you participate in will temporally post a $1.00 charge to your credit card account to validate your credit card. Within 48-72 hours the $1.00 validation will be released from your account. INVOICES will be emailed to you at the conclusion of the auction. This will include a link where you can pay online using a card or bank account. PAYMENT must be received in CERTIFIED FUNDS no later than 5:00 PM Monday, June 28th, 2021. Any unpaid balance at that time will be automatically charged to the card you register with A 15% BUYERS PREMIUM will be in effect. CASH payments are *NOT* accepted at the site. Credit card payments must be posted electronically using the link in the invoice that you will receive after the sale. If payment is not received by 5pm the day of auction, or other arrangements have not been made, then the credit card on file will be charged for the balance. The sale is subject to 8.25% sales tax. Pickup dates and times are firm. DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP YOUR ITEM ON THE DATES / TIMES SPECIFIED. We do have a forklift available for heavier items. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION OF ANY ITEM BEING SOLD, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES RELATED TO MERCHANT-ABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
