There are no RESERVE BIDS on any Lots. All lots will be sold to the highest Bidder! Please be aware that once a Bid has been placed, it cannot be removed. All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. All Sales are Final unless authorized by Interntational Liquidations. Descriptions of items will include any known defects or damages. Most items have been tested (where possible) with details, descriptions and notes provided. All descriptions are believed to be accurate however, not guaranteed. Purchaser agrees and accepts that all product is sold in "AS IS - WHERE IS" condition and ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Mistakes do happen therefore, at its discretion, International Liquidations will approve returns if an item has been listed and described incorrectly. Any Purchaser who is approved to return an item will be provided with a credit towards a future purchase equal to the amount paid for said purchase. International Liquidations does not offer Refunds, Discsounts or Exchanges. Also, please be aware that NO returns whatsoever will be accepted on any item listed as used, missing parts, damaged and/or described in the "Lot" details as being offered for sale in "AS IS - WHERE IS conditon with ALL SALES FINAL! No returns permitted on Personal Care Products, Pet Items, Bedding or Clothing. If you have any questions on any items being offered, please contact us before placing a bid. Shipping is available (at cost), plus a $5.00 Handling Fee per Shipment Order for items being offered as "Shipping Available" for this sale. Please send a note to the Auctioneer upon registration informing us that Shipping will be required. Also, please be aware we only ship with the "Signature Required" option to ensure package arrives to the rightful owner. All items that we are able to ship will be identified in the Lot Description. It is your responsibility to be aware of any items we can ship, before placing your bid. Your Credit Card information will be used for verification purposes only at the time of Registration. Successful Bidders will receive an email confirmation with an attached invoice for any amount owing. Invoice amount owing is to be paid , in full within 24 hours of Auction completion. We offer Curbside pick-up only! Pick-up Dates and Times are as follows: Wednesday June30th from 11 am to 3 pm and Thursday July 1st from 11 am to 7 pm (EST). Pick-up location is at our Warehouse located at 1025 Elias Street London, Ontario. Please park in the Gated Parking Lot on the west side of our building. ANY PURCHASES made by Huron, Perth, Lambton and Bruce County residents can be picked up in Goderich, Ontario on Sunday July 4th, from 10 am to 12 Noon (EST). If you choose this option, details of your pick-up location and times will be forwarded to you with your emailed paid receipt. ALSO, IF YOU CHOOSE THIS OPTION AND YOUR PURCHASES ARE NOT PICKED UP DURING THE SCHEDULED DAY AND TIME, THEY WILL BE RETURNED TO OUR LONDON WAREHOUSE TO BE RETRIEVED THERE! Please note, that it is your responsibility to load items. If you purchase large items, please plan ahead! IMPORTANT: International Liquidations will make three attempts to contact any individuals who have not paid for or picked up their purchases. Following the third attempt, if no response has been received and mutually agreed upon arrangements made, the individual will be banned from Registering and Bidding at future Auctions. The individual will also be reported to our HiBid Network of International Auction Houses, affecting the Bidding Rating Score of the individual. We are an Online Business and no longer provide "Courtesy Payment Required" phone calls. Any Bidder with an outstanding invoice balance will lose bidding privileges for any current or future Online Auctions until payment is received. We no longer provide a "Friendly Reminder" notice, a "Second" notice or a "Third and Final" notice. Overdue account holders will receive ONE NOTICE for payment only! If, following notice for payment, a Bidder's invoice remains unpaid and "Loss of Bidding Privileges" is implemented, International Liquidations, at its sole descretion may consider the reinstatement of privileges to the Bidder, once payment in full has been received. A $25 (plus 13% HST) Adiministration/Reinstated fee will be applied to any Bidder who has lost their privileges to participate in any of our Online Auctions, if deemed appropriate by International Liquidations to authorize the reinstatement of Bidder privileges. Any unpaid or unclaimed purchases that have been paid for will remain on site for a maximum of fourteen (14) days before being donated to charity, placed in another Auction or disposed of. If unclaimed purchases are still available, International Liquidations has the authorization to apply a storage fee of up to $10.00 per day to any purchases that remain on premise. International Liquidations reserves the right to pause, reopen and/or cancel the auction in the case of system failures.
