Description	Big Cottonwood Winery and Vineyards located in Burt County Nebraska has decided to retire and liquidate their winery production equipment. This auction includes a multitude of wine production equipment, including JD 4300 Tractor & Loader and acreage machinery.

* Everything is sold "As Is, Where Is" with no guarantees of any kind. Buyers shall rely entirely upon their own inspection and information. * No merchandise may be removed without a paid receipt and auction personnel present to check you out. * All measurement and sizes are measured to the best of our knowledge some errors may occur. *Cash, credit or good check accepted on June 29th & 30th & July 1st. Unpaid accounts will be charged on July 2nd to the credit card account on file. *Shipping available on certain items at the owners expense. $10.00 Handling fee. * Credit card Fee: 3% *Inspection available on Saturday June 26th & Sunday June 27th from 1pm to 5pm CST @ 2865 Co Rd I Tekamah, NE 68061 or by appointment. * In event of power outage we reserve the rights to award the winning bid to the last accepted bidder. * All purchased items must be removed from premises by close of day July 9th. *Unclaimed items will be disposed of after July 9th. *Local Tax rate is 5.5%.
