Auction Terms and Conditions. This is an ONLINE ONLY auction. All items are sold " AS IS". "WHERE IS". There is NO Warranty or Guarantee. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS. It is the bidders responsiblity to determine condition, age, value or any other factor prior to making the bid. Seller will describe the item as well as possible, but not guaranteed. There is no handling fee, the actual shipping amount will be charged to you.
