The auction hall, located at 2908 Morrison Ave, Bismarck ND is open Friday's from 12PM to 7PM. Please pick up your items within 7 days of the auction closing date. Any items left after 7 days will be considered abandoned and resold to cover storage fees. By bidding in this auction, you understand and agree that we will charge these fees to your credit card on file. If you need other arrangements for pickup or shipping, please contact us and we'll work them out with you. We accept cash or check for payment when you pick up your items. We also accept credit cards, but we charge a convenience fee of 3% if you use a credit or debit card. Out of state bidders may only pay with credit card and will automatically be charged the convenience fee. If you fail to pick up or pay for your items on the first Friday after the auction close, we will charge your card on file for the amount of the purchase. We may charge a relisting fee of up to $200 if you fail to pay for or claim your item. If you dispute the charge to your credit card which you have agreed to, there will be an additional $200 charge to pay for our time and costs in collecting the disputed charge. If your card declines, we will charge a decline fee of $10 each time. We may charge your card in smaller increments up to the total purchase, relisting fee, dispute fee or any other fees. which you have agreed to. If youi purchase a firearm, we will require that you have your Federal Fireams License holder email us a copy of their FFL within 10 days of the auction. After 10 days, we may charge a storage fee of $10 per day that we are holding your firearm. We ship items across the United States every day and will be happy to work with you on shipping. We ship via FedEx, as they drop off and pick up from our facility daily. We can only ship to the address that you have registered for the auction with. If your address is an out of state address, we will automatically ship your items to you at your expense. We do not ship to PO boxes. If you have a North Dakota address, we will not ship your items unless you have requested. Shipping will charged to your card on file. Any lost of damaged claims are between the buyer and the shipping carrier. You are responsible for your items when the item closes and you are the high bidder. You are responsible for understanding the regulations in your state concerning the shipping of certain items. If you purchase an item that is not legal to ship to your state, re-listing fee will apply. We do not ship outside of the United States. 18% Buyers Fee on All Purchases 7% Sales Tax for North Dakota residents, if applicable All bids are final and cannot be retracted for any reason. There is a $200 relisting fee for retracting, cancelling or refusing to honor your bid for any reason. All Information listed on auction items is based on information from the seller.
