PICKING UP Within 12 hours of the auction you will receive a notification from Shipping Saint. If you pan on picking up please respond to that email or text stating your intentions of picking up. Otherwise a shipping quote will be sent to you unless you bought a vehicle or a larger item. SHIPPING If shipping is required, any material, insurance, postage and handling fees, will be billed separately through a site called Shipping Saint. You will start to receive notifications from this site within 12 hours of the auction. Once payment has been received by the auction company please allow a minimum of 1 week for shipment of items. Most times it will only take a few days. All shipping will be handled through a company called Shipping Saint. Notifications as to the status of packing, shipping and payment for shipping will be sent out via email and text message. Failure to remit payment for shipping services will result in us charging your card on file. Packaging will be billed based on the amount of time and material used to package the items . We do not ship to bidders outside of the US. There will be a minimum of $5.00 packing fee per invoice for all antiques and none coin/currency related items and rates will go up depending on how much material and time is spent packing the item. Successful high bidders are responsible for all shipping costs including but not limited to insurance, handling, material, and other charges that may apply including, a per lot handling fee. Items that are shipped may arrive in multiple packages and/or multiple lots may be in the same package. PA Auction Center is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment, regardless of the carrier used. Any package that arrives in less than satisfactory condition should be immediately reported to the carrier service used. All items being picked up must be done within 3 days of the auction. Any items not picked up within 3 days will be considered abandoned and become property of Pa Auction Center.
