Terms and Conditions

The buyer's premium for all online bidders is 18%. There is a 3% discount if paid with PA check or cash and picked up by Thursday July 8, at 4:30pm. After that the card on file will be charged. The buyer's premium for all onsite bidder is 13% with a 3% discount if payment is made by PA check or cash the day of the sale. All items sold AS IS, WHERE IS. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AND ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please inspect the items prior to bidding. The auctioneer determines the highest bidder. Any dispute which arises will be handled at the auctioneer's discretion, which can include, but is not limited to, putting the lot in question back up for auction. In the instance there is a tie bid between the floor and/or the internet bidders and/or absentee bidders, it will be handled at the auctioneer's discretion. Because it is a live auction it will always be the 1st bid the auctioneer sees. AS AN ONLINE BIDDER YOU ASSUME ANY RISK ASSOCIATED WITH "WINNING" AN ITEM AND NOT ACTUALLY HAVING THE ITEM SELL TO YOU. THIS IS DUE TO (1) THE FINAL HAMMER OF THE AUCTIONEER AND (2) ONCE A LOT IS CLOSED ON THE ONLINE BIDDING PLATFORM THE OPERATOR IS NOT ABLE TO RE-OPEN THAT LOT. Absentee bids are accepted up to and during the live auction. Pa Auction Center is not responsible for, and shall not be held liable for any errors, omissions of, or failure to carry out an absentee bid, regardless of how the bid was submitted. This also includes any technical failures that may arise during the auction that affect absentee bids, including but not limited to, internet connections, telephones, computers, and networks. The auctioneer reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids. The final call of the auctioneer or fall of the hammer of a lot to the highest bidder formally indicates the change of title and possession passes to that high bidder, regardless of the bidding method used, including in house, online, or via an absentee bid. Immediately upon this transfer, the high bidder assumes all responsibility and/or risk of the lot(s) purchased, including but not limited to loss, theft, damage, etc. Internet bidders, be aware that in the case of any internet connection or computer failures, etc. the live auction will proceed as scheduled.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are all accepted. When registering for an absentee/online bid a credit card will be required. Once the credit card information has been provided, Pa Auction Center reserves the sole right to automatically charge all winning total(s) to the credit card on file if the registered bidder is a successful high bidder. The winning total will consist of the hammer price(s) of the lot(s) successfully won, plus any applicable buyer's premium, handling charges, and tax. If shipping is required, any material, insurance, postage, and handling fees, will be applied to the same transaction and credit card or later as a second charge. Pa Auction Center has the right to change payment terms at their discretion. As required by Pennsylvania law, 6% (six percent) sales tax will be charged unless you have a PA State Sales Tax Number on file with Pa Auction Center. Items shipped out of the state of Pennsylvania will not be charged sales tax. The applicable buyer's premium will be added to the hammer price of each lot. No fee for credit cards. Other costs and fees can include, but are not limited to, handling fees, material costs, per lot fees, shipping and insurance costs, sales tax (if applicable), etc. All costs should be considered and considered when determining any and all bids. (Be sure to check your spam folder) IF YOUR CREDIT CARD IS DECLINED AND PAYMENT IS NOT MADE WITHIN THREE DAYS (3 DAYS) OF AUCTION DAY THE NON-PAYMENT WILL RESULT IN ITEM(S) BEING FORFEITED BY BIDDER AND EITHER RETURNED TO CONSIGNOR OR RE-SOLD.

Shipping / Pick Up

PICKING UP Buyers can pickup their purchases at the auction location during the following dates/times Auction day until 4:30pm 7/8/2021 from 7:00am - 4:30pm 7/9/2021 from 7:00am - 4:30pm 7/12/2021 from 7:00am - 4:30pm ALL ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP BY 4:30 NOON ON JULY 12. SHIPPING Once payment has been received by the auction company please allow a minimum of 1 week for shipment of items. Most times it will only take a few days. Once the items has been shipped you will receive an email with tracking information (please check your spam folder). Failure to remit payment for items won and/or shipping services will result in that bidder being suspended and/or blocked from bidding at any auction hosted by PA Auction Center. NO SHIPPING OUT OF COUNTRY! We do not handle any shipping for out of country buyers. Out of country buyers are responsible to arrange their own shipping. Successful high bidders are responsible for all shipping costs including insurance and a $35.00 rigging fee per skid for larger items and handling, boxes, packing material, and other charges that may apply for smaller items. Items that are shipped may arrive in multiple packages and/or multiple lots may be in the same package. Larger items will be palletized and shipped via freight quote. PA Auction Center is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipment, regardless of the carrier used. Any package that arrives in less than satisfactory condition should be immediately reported to the carrier service used. All items being picked up must be done within 3 days of the auction. Any items not picked up within 3 days will be considered abandoned and become property of Pa Auction Center.
