Description	Surprise! We are doing two auctions this month! This auction is close to 500 lots packed full of vintage furniture, art, ceramic bust sculpture, a Robert Summers bronze, Buccaletti sterling silver dish, tons of vintage Coca Cola coleectibles, an electric lift recliner, wicker furniture, a GORGEOUS huge side board with leaded glass doors, leather sofas, concrete two tier fountain, small chic drafting/ art table, duck decoys, Byers Choice carolers, Kindle bendable Christmas figures, oxygen machine, vintage Bell and Howell 8mm projector, books, drum style roll top desk, Canon EOS camera with extra lenses and tons more! If you buy the large sideboard or the concrete fountain, please, please, PLEASE bring help to pick up because we will not be able to help you load it. If you can not make it to pick up during the hours we post, please don't bid. It is three jillion degrees and we are not going to wait for you.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: Cash and Credit Card are taken on site. We do not currently use the system through Hi-BId. DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO PAY!! BUYERS PREMIUM: 15% SALES TAX: 7.25% is added to your invoice unless you have emailed a TEXAS tax exempt certificate prior to the closing of the auction. PICKUP: Pickup dates and times are firm. If you cannot pickup during appointed pickup time please consider shipping if available on the item you are bidding on. We are not responsible to help in loading or providing packaging material for your items. SHIPPING: If you require shipping, please EMAIL that you would like shipping. After the auction pickup we will contact you within 24 - 48 hrs to collect payment for shipping and your invoice. After receiving payment, your item will ship within 24-48 hrs and applicable tracking number(s) will be forwarded to you via text or email. Shipping / Pick Up

If you would like shipping, we ship USPS. Please request shipping via email. We will not ship artwork or mirrors, anything oversized will not be shipped!! We will call you once your item is packaged to collect both invoice and price of shipping collectively. Shipping is done within 24-48 hrs after close of auction pickup. Items that require additional packaging material will be charged an additional $5.00 on top of shipping costs to cover materials.
