Payment Terms: Payment Terms: A Buyers Fee (Buyers Premium) will be added to all purchases Successful bidders will receive an email invoice within 24 hours of the auction close. Full payment is required within 5 business days of the invoice date. Accepted payment is Cash, Credit or E-Transfer. Visa/MasterCard purchases are limited up to $5,000. If more than $5,000, wire transfer should be used. Call us at {XXX-XXX-XXXX} if you are paying with your credit card or sending a wire transfer. Full payment must be made and properly honoured before any auction item will be released to buyer. The Bidder, grants the Auction Company a standing authorization to charge the Bidders credit card after 5 business days of the invoice date for any and all costs, fees, buyers premiums, storage disposal fees as well as for any other costs, charges and/or fees incurred. We charge a $100 processing fee for processing credit card chargebacks that are ultimately reversed in our favour. Internet bids are a contract and you are responsible for honouring them. If you cannot satisfy these terms, please do not bid. Removal: Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of The Buyer at the time of sale and The Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property until removed from the sale premises. Owner/Seller and Cottagecountryauctions.com agree that merchandise may remain on the premises for a determined period of time following the sale. The date by which all merchandise must be removed from the premises is posted on an auction-by-auction basis, on the specific auction page. After the final removal date, there will be a $5.00 per day, per item storage fee charged to The Buyer up to ten days. If merchandise is not removed within fifteen days after the final removal date, the ownership of the merchandise will revert back to the original Owner/Seller and the Owner/Seller may dispose of the item at their discretion. COVID EXCEPTIONS: Removal of items during COVID shall remain the same unless lockdown procedures are in place that prevent pick up. We shall have curbside contactless pickup available to you.
