You must be 18 years of age or older to bid on our auctions. By bidding on any or all of our auction lots you agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this sales and rules of this auction site. All lots are sold "AS-IS", WHERE IS", with all faults, imperfections and errors. We have done our best to describe and photograph each item and note an flaws or imperfections we noticed. Out of the Nest, LLC and the seller(s) do not give or make any guarantee or warranty regarding the lots to be sold, implied or otherwise. We recommend attending the preview and inspecting the lots in person prior to bidding. Out of the Nest, LLC has put forth every effort to prepare the catalog and provide the best description, however, it is the bidder's responsibility to determine the condition and suitability of each lot. Due dilligence is the responsibility of the bidder/buyer. The catalog listings are meant as a descriptive guide only. Any bidder's failure to inspect or to be fully informed of the quality or condition will not constitue grounds for any claim, adjustment, refund or termination of the purchase contract or refusal to close the sale. Buyers fee of 15% will be added to all invoices, unless paying by cash, then the buyers fee will be reduced to 12%. All invoices will be sent the day following the auctions and marked at *Unpaid*, you will need to let us know how you will be paying and if you require shipping. It is the buyer/bidders responsibility to notify Out of the Nest, LLC via email at outofthenestllc@gmail.com of their payment method if paying by cash rather than credit card. All items must be paid for in full prior to pick up. In paying by credit card the bidder/buyer agrees to waive their right to dispute and charge back any credit or debit card purchase as the terms and conditions state prior to entering into a contract by submitting your bid. You are responsible for the pick up and loading of your items. We do not provide assistance in loading, this includes but is not limited to, straps, tie downs or containers to pack your items. Should you fail to pick up on the dates and times provided you are still responsible for your bid and are still responsible for your charges incurred as the winning bidder. You are responsible for picking up your items or arraging for shipping on the dates above. There will be limited shipping offered on smalls and items. Buyer is responsible for all shipping cost to include insurance and tracking. There will be a $5.00 handling fee added to all invoices that have requeted and require shipping in addition to the shipping costs. Items that can not be shipped or that we will not be offering shipping on will be marked as such. When in doubt, please email us to confirm the shipping option.
