This is an ABSENTEE bid auction. It is set up for buyers that are not able to attend the live auction to still be able to leave a bid on an item that they are interested in. All absentee bid items will be brought to the live auction on 6/19/21 to compete with the bids from the live bidders. After the live auction has finished bid notifications will be sent out with results. We will no longer be accepting checks that are not pre approved. We are sorry about this but due to recent problems with hot checks we are forced to implement these changes. All items purchased as is where is. It is the buyers responsibilty to determine the condition of purchased items. Garrett Auctions does their best to represent all auction items accurately and encourage interested buyers to ask questions before they buy. We will also be available for in person previews by appointment. 13% Buyers premium. Firearm buyers must be able to pass background check. Due to federal law all background check will have to be done at our licensed premisis 2027 Junction Hwy, Kerrville Tx 78028. We will be conducting background checks Monday 6/21/21 between the hours of 9:00am and 4:00pm closed from 12:00 to 1:00 for lunch. There will be no charge for transfering firearms on Monday. If special arrangements need to be made to pick up firearms charges for transfer will apply not to acceed $35.00.00 for the transfer. We can ship firearms to your FFL if you would like. There will be shipping and handling fees applied. ALL PURCHASED ITEMS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISIS BY 4:00PM 6/20/21 !
