TERMS OF SALE Payment Instructions: Following the close of the auction, invoices will be emailed to winning bidders. Bidders must inform the auction company if they require shipping on eligible items within 24 hours of receipt of invoice – a modified invoice will be generated reflecting estimated shipping and handling. Davis-McKee Auctions accepts Visa, Mastercard, approved check (certified funds preferred), money orders and cash. Local pick up is available by appointment. All items must be paid before pick up. Items left after 30 days following the close of the auction will be considered abandoned property, which will be disposed of by the auction company without liability to the defaulting bidder.
