Terms and Conditions: All Items are sold AS IS, Where is. Items are described as accurate as possible but preview of lots is strongly advised. All descriptions are believed accurate but not warranted. By placing a bid, customer acknowledges that they have examined the item to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine the lot. All lots are subject to pay state sales tax if applicable. All purchases are also subject to a buyer's premium in the amount of ten percent of the purchase price. Only valid credit cards are accepted. A one dollar hold will be placed on your card at time of registration for the auction. This hold is to validate the card and will be removed at the close of the auction. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to remove purchased lors during the designated Pick-Up times. Failure to remove purchases before the cut off time will result in a forfeit of purchases. Please bring boxes for loose items and please bring help for removal of furniture and large items. The auction company is not responsible for an personal injuries or damage that occurs at the time of pick-up or preview. We reserve the right to remove, suspend, and/or reopen the auction in the event of a system failure. Lots will begin closing at a set auction time and will close one at a time using a soft close system. This means is a bid is placed within the last two minutes of closing, the bidding will be automatically extended for a two minute time period. Max bids can be placed on lots and the computer will place absentee bids on your behalf up to your max.
