It is the bidder's responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item. * ALL SALES ARE FINAL * All winning bids will have a Buyer Premium added (10% for Cash; 15% for Credit Cards) at the time of check-out/invoicing. Applicable Cuyahoga County sales tax applies at the rate of 8%. If you are tax exempt, please ensure your tax ID information is on file with Handline's Auctions PRIOR to Bidding. * Types of payment accepted are Cash, Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express), and Wire Transfer. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED. Online bidders will have the credit card used at registration charged for their invoice total at the conclusion of the auction unless prior arrangements have been made. New Online Bidders with invoices over $500.00(US) may be required to complete their purchase using wire transfer of funds. ITEM PICK UP AT OUR WAREHOUSE * All items MUST be picked up on the Specified Pickup Date listed for the auction unless other arrangements are discussed with the auction house prior to bidding. Items NOT picked-up by the close of business on the Specified Pickup Date will be charged a $5 per day storage fee. NO EXECPTIONS. *WE ARE NOT A STORAGE FACILTY!! Items not picked up by the 7th business day will be returned to inventory and considered forfeited. SHIPPING * For your protection, items can only by shipped to the address listed on your invoice. * Handline's Auctions provides shipping through USPS Priority Mail or UPS for most items. Shipping charges are calculated by the carrier service (base on zip code, weight, dimensions, etc.) and Handline's Auctions does charge a handling fee to cover the cost of shipping materials. Our default handling fee is $5.00 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item. When we have completed packaging your item(s), we may lower the handling fee at our discretion to be reflective of the actual costs. *All larger items that are outside of USPS or UPS shipping parameters will require pickup from our location or the buyer must make shipping arrangements through a third party shipper (e.g. uShip, Flxe, etc.) for pick-up within 7 business days of the auction's close. Payment Terms
Payment: Payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Cash on Pickup Buyers Premium: A 15% Buyers Premium for CC and 10% for Cash will be added to the final bid price and included in the total sale price. Sales Tax: 8% Sale Tax for this Auction will be added If you want to be setup for CASH only payment please let us know prior to the auction ending. Once the auction ends we will run all credit cards on file that are not setup for cash payment only. If you are already setup the system is already set for you. There will be no refunds for not telling us in time. The next auction you will be set for it. ALso do not just make a not in the not box. Please email us directly so we can get it directly. If you register the same the auction ends we may not see the note in the system until it is too late.
Pickup will be as listed on the Auction and you will recieve the information on the Winning Invoices as well. Shipping: All Item/s can be Shipped if Winning Bidder wants to pay for the item/s to be shipped. We will make sure the item/s are packaged the best we can to be shipped. If any larger items need to be shipped they will be at the winning bidder discretion. We will assist the best we can for those items. To ship normal item/s there will be a Handling Fee of $5.00 1st Item/Lot and $2.00 for each additional Item/Lot. We may not charge the full amount of Handling Fees at our discretion. We ship all items Priority Mail with tracking and insurance up to the 50.00 anything above that will cost extra. If your invoice is higher than $250 we will require a Signature, If the invoice is above $500 we will require adult signature. Any questions please email or call prior to bidding. Within 3-5 Business Days after the auction ends we will pack up all items that were won from Out of State Bidders, weight the package, process the CC on file a second time for shipping, handling and insurance fees and ship the package the next day. This will be automatically for all Out of State Bidders. Any local winning bidders you must call us to let us know that you need the items shipped. Otherwise your items will not be shipped and at the end of pickup day your CC will be charge for the items only and will follow the rest of the Terms and Conditions. If you have your own account with UPS or FedEx please send us a shipping label for your package. Once the items are packaged we will place your label on the package and drop off at the UPS or Fedex Location. If you would like for them to pack up your items please let us know prior to the auction ending and give us the location you want to items to be taken to.
