All sales final etc. All items sold as is, where is. No Bid Cancellations, No Refunds, No Returns, No Exchanges. All Bids are final. Total Internet/Online fee=14% plus 7% Florida sales tax. Successful Buyers will be charged immediately using the credit card you registered with and paid invoice will be emailed to you. Brevard County tax is 7% charged on all items. UNLESS you have provided us with a valid Resale Certificate before end of Auction. Taxes are also charged on all vehicle unless Buyer is a licensed Motor Vehicle Dealer and provides us their license. Removal is at Buyers expense. It is the Buyers responsibility to contact & pay shipper. Buyer must use professional riggers for large items such as Beyel Brothers Crane & Rigging 844-902-3935, ask for Billy Rose AND must provide us with Certificate of Insurance BEFORE removal. Buyers must provide their own labor and equipment to move & load items purchased. NO forklift or pallet jacks on site. Preview: Wed., June 9th from 10 am until 1 pm. EST at 1631 S. Nova Rd., S.
