Description	We will be selling at online auction furniture and furnishings from the historic Phillips' Place Bed & Breakfast in Macon, Missouri. Online bidding begins Monday, May 24, 2021, at 8:00 a.m. CST, and ends Sunday, June 13, 2021, at 4:00 p.m. CST.

Terms and Conditions

There will be a 10% buyers' premium added to all online sales. Payment must be made by cash, check, wire transfer or credit card (4% fee for credit or debit card) no later than 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 16, 2021. ALL items must be paid for before they are picked up. Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser and all items must be picked up on Tuesday, June 15, 2021, or Wednesday, June 16, 2021, by 5:00 p.m. CST. Pickup will be scheduled via phone call with winning bidders beginning Monday, June 14, 2021. Buyer is responsible for arranging moving assistance. Friend With a Truck, Full Service Movers, in Macon, MO, may be contacted at 660-395-4357 for assistance with moving and hauling purchased items.
