Description
Real Property Description: Very nice, well maintained manufactured home on 1.68+/- acres to be sold. The lot is a beautiful, country setting, complete with lush, mature trees. The home consists of an open/split floorplan, gas fireplace, 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a new roof, and an HVAC system that was replaced within the past 3-5 years. Clear title will be given with the purchase of the manufactured home/acreage. A recent survey has been performed and will be given, as well. Personal Property Description: lots of handmade quilts, tools, sewing/embroidery machines, appliances, some furniture, handicap items, yard equipment + so much more!
All terms, conditions and other announcements made day of sale take precedence over any other announcements, printed or otherwise. When the auctioneer's hammer falls (indicating a buyer's bid has been accepted and the item is considered sold to that buyer), that item belongs to the new owner. Any legal dispute and/or litigation that may arise between Covington Realty & Auction and a bidder/buyer shall be tried in a court of law. Bidder/buyer agrees to pay any and all reasonable attorney's fees and costs incurred by Covington Realty & Auction, the seller and/or their assigns, agents or personnel in the commencement or defense of any action hereunder, as well as in the collection of any obligation hereunder. Personal Property Terms: We accept cash, check or credit card. A 10% buyer's premium will be charged on cash and check purchases. Checks should be made payable to Covington Realty & Auction. Checks returned NSF (insufficient funds) will need to be made good, and a $35 return check fee will be charged.
