Description	With the continued Covid issues we are contiuing to sell our local consignments via auction in a total online internet fashion. The auctions are similar to our Wednesday and Friday Evening auctions. We look forward to working with every consignor and bidder during these very turbulent times. Terms and Conditions

Bidding: Bids will be accepted until the final moments per the softwares internal clock. All items that you are bidding on are as is where is. There will be a time in the description details for a opportunity to do live preview if you wish. Auction company has the right to change items and is not to be held liable for any computer, software, or internet issues. Payment: All payments will be charged to the credit card that was used to obtain a bid number when registering. Any payments rejected by the processor may result in the item being offered to the back up bidder. Pick up of items: Once the auction ends and the payments have settled we will have pick up times as follows: Friday April 23rd 2 to 5 pm and Saturday April 24th 11 a.m. till 3 pm If an item is not picked up during the specified times then the item may be deemed forfieted by the buyer. Shipping: if shipping is needed we will deliver your item to the UPS Store in Corning, NY. They will then reach out to you for packing and shipping instructions. You will pay them directly for those services. The auction company delievers to UPS for no additional fee. BP and CC fee: This acution has a BP of 15%
