Title transfers are done for "Title Purpose Only." Buyers are responsible for properly registering their vehicle with the state once title work is completed. Buyers are responsible for obtaining the proper permits and transportation for removing their vehicles from the premise. Trip permits are available for purchase. 8.5% Sales Tax (everything except Motorized vehicles) unless a reseller permit or farm exempt permit is provided. Unsettled Invoices: Invoice will be charged to credit card provided on registration by the date listed in the auction terms. Shipping / Pick Up

Auction purchases must be picked up by June 19th, 2021. Pickup hours will be Monday-Friday 8 AM- 4:30 PM and Saturday 8 AM- 11:30 AM Buyer is responsible for all shipping and pickup. We are here to assist you with staff and equipment to load your purchases during the pickup dates listed, but the buyer is responsible for any supplies needed to haul and secure the load safely. Pickup or other arrangements must be made within 14 Days. If you cannot come within 14 days, please call us at 360-398-2141 and make other arrangements. After 14 days, you will be charged $25.00/week if no arrangements for pickup have been made. Items left after 30 days will be forfeited become property of Meridian Equipment Inc and will be sold or disposed of for storage fees. If you purchased titled vehicles please come into Meridian Equipment Co., Inc. at 5946 Guide Meridian Bellingham, WA 98226, if you are out of the area please call 360-398-2141 to make title transfer arrangements. Titled vehicles have a $75.00 additional buyer's fee per title. Title transfers are done for "Title Purpose Only." Vehicles are not road tested or inspected. The buyer is responsible for inspecting the vehicles prior to bidding and making proper arrangements for safe removal of vehicles.
