Auction Terms & Conditions Conditions of Sale for Zweeres LLC DBA: Bombardier and Son. All sales are final and all property is sold "As is, Where is.” It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine condition and usefulness of the items purchased. We attempt to describe all these items to try to give you a visual of the item you are bidding on. We describe them to the best of our ability and many times rely on limited information. This total will include a 17.5% buyers premium. Within five business days your card on file will be charged for your auction items, postage, insurance and handling fees as one charge. Please allow up to seven to ten business days for your package to be shipped out if you request shipping. You will not have to pay a separate invoice for shipping charges. A paid and itemized receipt will be emailed to you upon collecting payment as well. Bidding A bid by any person shall be conclusive proof that the person has made himself acquainted with these conditions of sale and has agree to be bound by them. If you need shipping on your items you need to email us and let us know(Once yo register you can type Need shipping in the notes, or if you forgot to, simple email us by replying to your unpaid invoice e-mail letting us know your shipping details, or we may contact you. Please don't make us contact you and take extra time from our day). We will NOT overcharge for shipping like a lot of companies do. We will always ship safely, and the most economically way possible to save money for the buyer. We do charge a Handling fee, as shipping lots of orders does take a lot of time. This will be a fair fee, For smaller orders we will only charge a $2 handling fee. and up to $10 for larger orders. All depending on how much time the shipping takes and how much the materials cost. We will never charge over $10 extra to handle items. You agree to pay the shipping and handling fees upon bidding. If a buyer does not pay for their auctions you will be banned from further bidding in our auctions. Governing Law The laws of the state of Florida govern this agreement. Any and all lawsuits must be filed in Duval County courts. Indemnification Buyer shall indemnify Bombardier and Son and it's affiliates against any claims, damages, or liability (including reasonable attorney’s fees) as a result of an injury or other harm suffered by any person and stemming from the sale, whether arising before, during, or after the sale. Buyer agrees to indemnify B&S for any damages or losses. Buyer will not hold Bombardier and Son, it’s owners or its employees, liable for accidents, injury, theft, or incidents related to this purchase. AuctionFlex AuctionFlex sets up each user on this website and collects all user information. AuctionFlex does provide Bombardier and Son with user name, contact information and credit card information provided during the registration processes.
