Auction Terms & Conditions 1. All Bids placed are legally binding. Bidder agrees to settle in full for all purchases within 48hrs of auction close. 2. All items are sold ás is in current condition, with no expressed warranty for fitness for a particular use 3. All purchases must be paid for and removed from auction location within 48hrs of auction end. 4. Any shipping and/or removal of items is at the sole responsibility & expense of purchaser...any requests for extended storage of purchases must be made in writing with Auction Co. PRIOR to bidding. 5. ALL FIREARMS WILL REQUIRE A TRANSFER BY A LICENSED FFL TO ANY PURCHASER, Please confirm that any firearm you purchase is LEGAL to own in your jurisdiction..NO FIREARMS will be shipped or transferred until all necessary paperwork has been submitted to Auction CO 6. Any and All shipping, packagin, handling of purchases is at the sole expense of buyer..all shipping charges must be paid before items are shipped..NO COD's 7. ALL forms of ACCEPTABLE Payment for purchases is at the SOLE discretion of Auction CO. These forms may include; CASH, Personal Local Checks, USPS Money Orders, bonafide Cashiers'Checks, Credit Cards. 8. ***The credit card used to verify identity with HIBID.com WILL NOT Be automatically billed for purchases. 9. ALL Credit / debit Card purchases are subject to 4% convenience fee. 10. A 10% buyers'premium is applied to all winning bids. 11. Auction Co reserves the right to reject any and all bids or bidders and to remove any item from sale that it feels necessary to secure integrity of auction. 12. TITLES: Titles will be mailed to buyer within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. Firearms: 13. All Firearm Transactions will be handled by a certified FFL Dealer and all local,state and federal laws will be strictly adhered to. Additional handling and shipping fees as determined by dealer. All Ammo will be picked up at Auction site in person. NO EXCEPTIONS! 14. SHIPPING: SHIPPING IS NOT INCLUDED IN PURCHASE PRICE. However - we are willing to work with your shipper at your expense.
