TERMS AND CONDITIONS All items are sold as is and where is and as described. No refunds or exchanges. Online bidding only. We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole disrcetion. We reserve the right to cancel and /or reopen the auction in case of system failure. A buyers premium of 15% applies when paying with 3% discount for cash payments . The amount is added to the sold item's price and the total amount is subject to sales tax of 8%. We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. All items must be paid and picked up on pick up day. Auction pick up will be Wednesday April 21st between 10am-6pm at the Donald Martin Civic Center 37 Pine Street Waddington, NY 13694. If you fail to pick up items or reach out to us to make other arrangements your credit card will be charged a $100.00 restocking fee. Any items not picked up on pick up day of auction will be considered abandoned property and be resold without refunds or any other compensation. Please pick-up and pay for your purchases. Negligent offenders will be banned from future auctions. Conditions of Additional Flooring Sales: When you register for the auction you are entering into a binding contract that obligates you to pay for all of your winning bids. Therefore, you should never bid on a lot based on an assumption that additional product will be available for purchase. If we do have the same flooring you bought at the Auction and you wish to purchase more, we will honor the price of your winning bid from the Auction. Extra flooring purchases will be by full box. If you purchase extra flooring you will have to arrange pick up with The Auction solution. These sales are only for customers who have already bought at our Auctions, no other out right sales will be made. WE DO NOT SHIP ITEMS!! Contact us immediately after making your Auction purchase because we move through our inventory rapidly, some items sell quickly. We want to help our customers finish a project; the longer you wait the harder it will be for us to help you.
