BY BIDDING YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS. 1.The title, ownership and right of property in the said good shall not pass the purchaser but shall remain the interest of the auctioneer by way of an assingment from the vendor until the entire purchase price and interest, if any, and all costs and expenses on a solitor and client basis are fully paid, this to include the payment of any judgements secured and all legal costs on a solicotor and client basis associated with the seizure of the said goods. 2.The auctioneer will not be responsible for any errors, defects, or fault concerning any goods sold as each item is sold as it is and without any recourse against the auctioneer. 3.Storage of any purchase shall be at the sole risk of the purchaser. The auctioneer will not be held responsible if the said good are lost, stolen, damages, destroyed, resold, or dealt with any other manner 4.All NSF cheques will be reported immediately to the appropriate authority.
