We can NOT remove tax once the card has been processed. All items are sold "AS IS" We will do our best to note/picture any obvious problem SHIPMENT: If you require shipping, you must let us know before bidding to allow us the proper time to confirm or decline your shipping request. We are willing to accomodate most shipment requests. SHIPMENT PROCEDURE: Unless told otherwise, we will ship the most cost effective way via USPS. We then relay the shipping charge to the buyer plus a $5 PER LOT handling fee. Sales Tax: 8% New York State sales tax will be charged on all purchases and 10% buyer's premium. All items are sold as is/where is. We do not have a return policy. Our consigners expect a check after their items are sold. We do our best to describe current condition and description of the products we auction. We will make a viewing appointment if you choose to see the item in person before bidding. Bidder inspection is encouraged. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.
