Terms and Conditions

Please read all terms prior to bidding: All sales as-is, no refunds. Please ask questions prior to bidding- no bids will be removed. Please note this auction includes a 15% buyers premium to be paid in addition to the winning bid. Items MUST be picked up in person on the date(s) listed for this sale. If items are not picked up on scheduled date, they will not be available for later pickup and buyer is still responsible for payment. Failure to pay will also result in a bad review left on Hibid and bidder will be banned from future auctions. Please do not bid if you are not able to pickup items or send someone to pickup your items on the designated pickup dates. Winning bidder is responsible for loading items, so please bring help if needed. We will help as able. Payment is due at pickup. We will accept check, exact cash, or major credit cards. We will not make or handle change at our off-site auctions so please bring exact change. SHIPPING: We will offer shipping on all items on this sale. There is a $5 handling fee charged to all shipping customers per package per auction. We do not provide shipping quotes prior to bidding. Please estimate your own shipping from zip code 50022 using USPS. INSTRUCTIONS FOR CUSTOMER: We will send a PayPal invoice with the auction total within 2 days after the close of the auction. Once it is paid, we will package the item, calculate shipping, and send another PayPal invoice to collect shipping charges. Once paid, we will ship. WE DO NOT SEND SHIPPING INVOICES OR CALCULATE SHIPPING UNTIL AFTER IN-HOUSE PICKUP IS COMPLETE. Please be patient as we get through orders. We typically ship items within one week of the close of auction, however, it may take longer in some circumstances. Payment for auction total must be made within 24 hours of receiving the invoice in order to secure item. We reserve the right to resell items not paid for promptly. Shipping / Pick Up

PIckup held on 4/19/21 from 10am-5pm. Address will be provided to winning bidders but is located in Atlantic, IA. Items MUST be picked up at this time. They will NOT be hauled or held. Items which can be reasonably shipped (if in question, ask. No furniture) will be sent via USPS. There is a $5 per shipment charge to ship items (not per lot- will combine as able).
