This is an online only auction, you must register and bid over the internet, and by registering you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this online only auction. 2. A Buyers Premium of 10% will be added to the winning bid price to arrive at the final purchase price. 3. Payments will be made by wire transfer only. Payment is due within 24 hours of the auction ending. Call for wiring instructions once you have received your invoice. 4. All sales are FINAL. Please use the scheduled inspection dates to view the vehicles. 5. The first item/lot will close at 6:00 PM EST on the date listed, with one item/lot closing every minute until all items/lots are closed. 6. Wigton Real Estate and Auction LLC is not liable for any damage, blemishes or misrepresentation of any items. All items are sold "AS - IS" with no guarantees or warranties. Please use the scheduled inspection dates for viewing the vehicles. 7. Removal is at the expense and liability of the winning bidder. Items will be released by appointment once the titles have been approved for transfer by the Attorney and the Delaware County Probate Court. 8. Wigton Real Estate and Auction reserves the right to reject any and all bids that are not in compliance with the posted bid increments. 9. You will be contacted by email if you are the winning bidder. At the conclusion of the auction, you will receive an invoice that lists all items purchased, the purchase price of each item and the total amount that is due. If you have not received your invoice within 24 hours of the auctions closing time, please email Wes@Wigtonauctions.com 10. If someone is picking up items on your behalf, please make sure they have a copy of your invoice. 11. NO BIDS CAN BE CORRECTED ON THE FINAL DAY OF BIDDING!
