All buyers must register and agree to the following terms and conditions prior to bidding. You must provide a credit card during registration. This card will be charged for any items you are high bidder on. Amount charged will include high bid price, Buyer’s Premium and any applicable sales tax. Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any purchases made with a credit card, including shipping charges.
Our auctions start on Saturday 6am and close Wednesday 6pm PST. We recommend setting a timer/alarm at least 10 minutes before closing, to remind yourself NOT to miss out, or get outbid at soft close. Auction end time may be extended or paused at any time for any reason.
All of our lots START at $2.00. Check our our increment list.
When bidding, we recommend you put your MAXIMUM bid amount--Highest YOU are agreeing to pay. Submitting a bid signifies your agreement to these terms.

Now because we don't offer preview, at this time, we go to GREAT lengths to give you accurate & honest information. All of our items are surface clean & have been tested & are functional, unless otherwise noted. Measurements are approximates and based on a standard inch/foot ruler/tape.
Now, this also means that you're buying "as-is", "where-is", and all sales are FINAL. No returns. No exchanges. No refunds, because of being incorrectly described or hold KootKind Chicks, liable, in respect to such faults. No guarantee, no warranty. No claims AFTER property removed. No can do. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

We're in Idaho, so you can expect to see 6% sales tax added to your invoice.
This is NORMAL, unless you have a Reseller's Permit. Resellers must submit an ST-101 before the conclusion of the auction.
Shipping is limited to specfic items and there are additonal shipping costs.
Packing Fees start at $2/per lot. Shipping charges start at $4 and up.
We will combine multiple lots for packing discounts and are shipping cost conscious, using recycled materials.
Buyers cannot rescind any bids or credit card charges due to shipping costs.
Buyer MUST pickup within 72 hours (3 days) of auction close, or by Saturday, 3pm.
Buyer can expect to pick up in the Hayden/CDA area at OUR specified locations, during OUR specified times.
Buyer MUST set specific time & day appointments for pickup with Darlene.
If no scheduled appointment setup or no verifiable contact is made by buyer, then buyer waives the right to dispute any negative action taken including, but not limited to, being disallowed/banned to future bid at our auction, and any collection efforts to obtain any balances owing. Being declined for bidding affects your HiBid reputation score, which is visible to thousands of auction houses in the country.
If no buyer contact, and/or unless prior arrangements are made, ANY items left after 3 days, or after Saturday 5pm, following Purchaser's payment and/or non-Payment will be considered abandoned, sold, or returned for storage space.
All winning items paid with Cash, MUST be paid for, within 48 hours of auction close, Friday by 5pm. If payment not received, then registered card on file may be charged for total invoice amount, by Saturday 10am, unless other arrangements with Sarah have been made.
