Standard Terms & Conditions of Timberlind Auctions 1. All goods are sold on a "as is", "where is" basis and any description of goods is set out or offered as a guide only; the Auction company accepts no responsibility for errors in description as it is the responsibility of prospective buyers to inspect the item prior to the sale and satisfy themselves as to condition, age, authenticity before bidding on the item. 2. Full settlement must be made on sale day and before any purchases being removed from the auction site, but nevertheless any purchased goods become the responsibility of purchasers immediately upon the fall of the hammer or sale of an item by the customary manner. 3. The Auction reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and shall control the bidding at all times and in all cases of dispute the Auctioneer's decision is final. 4. If payment is not honored for any reason you understand you will face civil and / or criminal charges which will not be withdrawn. Online Terms & Conditions To Register for Online Bidding go to www.timberlindauctions.hibid.com 1. All successful online & phone bids are subject to an online service charge of 5% to a maximum of $1,000 per lot. Online Pre bidding starts Friday, April 30th, 2021 at 8:00 am and will continue until the Sale broadcast is live approx. 15 min prior to Sale time - Saturday, May 1st, 2021 @ 1:00 PM MST. 2. Payment is due within 48 Hours of the Sale to Timberlind Auctions - Invoice and payment instructions will be provided after the completion of sale via email listed on your account. If an email invoice is not received by 10:00 am the day following the completion of the sale, please call Timberlind Auctions @ 780-542-7323. No lots will be released until full payment has been made. 3. Online Buyers will be expected to wire transfer funds to Timberlind Auctions. Any other payment method must be approved by Timberlind Auctions prior to sale and will require the proper bank letter of guarantee. 4. A 3% admin fee will apply to all Credit Card payments in addition to the above online service fee listed above. This admin fee will be added at time of processing payment. 5. All successful bidders must arrange for pick up of the item at the buyer's expense. Arrangements and location for pick up will be made after the sale is completed.
