Internet based auction soley. No absentee floor bidding and no live bidding. All bidders must complete regtistration form and allow with a valid card to hold a place of no less than $1.00 to start bidding. Once auction is complete and all items are picked up we will release the hold and return deposit. If customers bid and win and do not pay for such items with in 72 hours, your card on file will be charged for total winning amount. If winner does not retrieve such items within 1 week after winning winner will forfeit all monies and winnings as well and will be placed on a block from future auctions. There is a 10% service fee applied to total wiining, not per item. All auction lots are purchased as an AS IS , no negotiations, with no warranty or guarantees expressed or implied. All payments must be made by cash certified funds (Cashier's check or wire funds). Company checks must have bank letter of guarantee to Auction Authority. All sales are final when awarded to the successful bidder. No refunds or adjustments. Auction Authority's owner, employees, or consignees are not responsible for errors or omissions in inventory, for all descriptions are complementary to bidder.
