After much consideration and retiring, The Grissom’s have decided to travel. Travel safe Mr. & Mrs. Grissom…our prayers and well wishes are with you! This online auction is set up with some handpicked items that will also be offered at the Grissom Estate LIVE IN PERSON auction being held Saturday, April 17, 2021 starting at 9:30 AM in Mount Pleasant, Texas. These handpicked items are being offered online before the LIVE auction for absentee bidding purposes. If you are unable to attend the LIVE IN PERSON auction then please enter your MAX BID online and a representative from SRS Auction Company will bid at the live sale on your behalf. REMEMBER – This online auction is to serve as an absentee bid on your behalf at the live in person auction!

Terms and Conditions

All items are sold as is, where is. This online auction is used for absentee bidding purposes. Bids will also be taken during the LIVE auction on April 17th starting at 9:30 AM. It would be in your best interest to attend the live auction if at all possible. If you can’t physically attend please place your max bid and we will bid for you at the live auction. *Payment made by CASH or CHECK will be subject to a 10% buyer’s premium…payments by processing a card will be subject to a 15% buyer’s premium. This was not an easy decision but credit card processing fees have increased which is beyond our control. So we are giving a 5% discount for using cash or check which only results in a 10% BP versus 15% BP. NO SHIPPING is being offered for these 118 LOTS - They must be picked up in person on location.
