AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS REGISTRATION & IDENTIFICATION: At the time of registration, we collect information about you to verify who you are before you can bid. We collect credit card information to ensure you are a qualified buyer. All Bidders must be of legal age to bid. PAYING FOR YOUR PURCHASES: There is no cost to register for an auction. Up to $1 may be charged to validate your credit card by Auctionflex the first time you register. This transaction will be reversed automatically. Your credit card will not be charged. If you are the successful Bidder, you must attend during the allotted pick-up time. All items must be paid for at, or prior to, pickup. Card used to register is not automatically charged. Payment can be made by E-Transfer, Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard. BUYERS PREMIUM: 10% Buyers Premium “SOFT CLOSE” is a bidding term which allows Bidders extra time to submit a bid. If a bidder places a bid when there is 2 minutes or less remaining in the sale of that item, “SOFT CLOSE” will extend the bidding time an additional 2 minutes on that item only. The time period will continue to be extended as long as bids continue to be placed in the last 2 minutes of the sale of that item. The time period eventually runs out when bidding ceases. The purpose of a “soft close” is to allow everyone a fair chance to submit a bid. REFUND POLICY*: All Sales are FINAL. Bidder agrees that everything is sold AS IS, WHERE IS and returns are not accepted. No claims regarding goods purchased will be allowed. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES. All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. *While we do our best to describe items as accurately as possible, descriptions are not guaranteed. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinable factor. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. By placing a bid, Bidder signifies they have examined the items to their satisfaction or they have chosen not to personally examine them. Note: while Bidder inspection is normally always encouraged, there is currently no in-person viewing due to Covid19 restrictions. UNTESTED: In some instances we may not be able to check if an item is working or complete; for example, a film projector with no film to test if it runs through. We will make every effort to report conditions such as ‘turns on’, ‘lights up’, ‘parts move’ etc., whenever possible. Refer to REFUND POLICY above for additional details. ADDITIONS & DELETIONS: We reserve the right to remove and/or add lots and/or items to the sale at any point before or during the auction. PICK UP TIMES: Successful bidders will be sent an invoice and informed of curbside pick up times. . SHIPPING: Shipping available on lots indicated. All Shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer and include the actual shipping costs plus a $5.00 handling fee. Items will ship within 5 working days from the conclusion of the auction. No shipping of over sized or heavy items at this time. We reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. HST 13% is applied to all items including shipping costs.
