Red Suit Realty and Auction will charge a $8.00 per box handling fee and customary shipping charges at the discretion of Red Suil Realty and Auction. You can utilize your own method of shipping or arrange pick up of your items prior to the end of the auction. Please contact the auctioneer to make arrangements. Red Suit Realty and Auction will begin packing and shipping items at the end of the auction and there will be a separate invoice for the total. Some may require additional handling and shipping fees. Large items such as furniture, appliances, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer to arrange crating and shipping. Check out will be by appointment only up to 5 days after the end of the auction.
